At Sugar & Spice we produce a range of long shelf life Cakes and Tray Bakes. These are available directly from us or via one of our selected Wholesalers.

From a Rich Torten Slice to a traditional Flapjack or Shortbread, we aim to offer a broad selection of flavours, textures and looks.
Each Tray Bake has approximately 3 months shelf-life under cool larder conditions and are able to be frozen if you wish to extend this.
All the Tray Bakes are pre-portioned into 15 pieces, supplied in a strong aluminium foil. This ensures ease of service, waste-free portion control and accurate costing.
Our cakes are made in 2 styles, deep loaf or a 22cm round.
A wide variety of flavours gives a choice from the traditional Farmhouse Fruitcake to our more-ish Tangy Lemon.
The cakes are ready for you to portion and serve as required. Each of the cakes has a shelf-life of 3 weeks, which can be extended up to 12 months by freezing.
